1. Service Description

PaymentLeaks provides daily intelligence briefings on the global payments and fintech industry. Content is generated using artificial intelligence, automated searches of public sources, and automatic link verification.

2. AI-Generated Content

PaymentLeaks content is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. This means:
- Briefings are based on information from publicly available sources, collected automatically.
- Data and links are automatically verified, but may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- Opinions, analyses, and predictions are algorithmically generated and do not represent professional advice.
- We strongly recommend cross-checking all critical information with original sources before making decisions.

3. Not Financial Advice

PaymentLeaks does NOT provide financial, investment, legal, or regulatory advice.
- "Investment Radar" and "Exposure Check" sections are analytical exercises, not recommendations.
- Mentions of companies, securities, or assets do not constitute buy or sell recommendations.
- Any financial decisions based on PaymentLeaks content are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4. Link Verification

PaymentLeaks automatically verifies links included in each briefing:
- HEAD/GET checks are performed on each URL before publication.
- Links that do not respond or return errors are marked as "[unverified link]".
- Despite verification, links may stop working after publication.
- PaymentLeaks is not responsible for the content of external linked websites.

5. Pricing

PaymentLeaks is a free service. There are no subscriptions, payments, or paywall: all content is openly accessible. We do not collect payment data.

6. Intellectual Property

The format, structure, and analysis of briefings are the property of PaymentLeaks. News and data referenced belong to their respective sources, which are always cited. Sharing excerpts with attribution is permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

PaymentLeaks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content.
- We are not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of content.
- We are not liable for service interruptions, technical errors, or temporary unavailability.
